Even when we have an on-site inspection, Normec AquaServa provides us with excellent support. The account manager is often present during these inspections to offer additional clarification, which helps us achieve a positive outcome. If our client has questions or there are any uncertainties, he simply joins us for a meeting. That’s very valuable to us. We really see that caring attitude in daily practice as well. Suppose an employee comes across a faucet with a spiderweb on it during his flushing round. In such a case, it’s clear that the faucet could use a flush. I know that the employee won’t first check their flushing list to see if the faucet is on it—they’ll just go ahead and flush it. We don’t see that extra step reflected on the invoice right away.”
Mutual Trust
“At Strukton, we also have a Legionella department, so in principle we could handle the management internally, but I’m very satisfied with Normec AquaServa. We’ve been working together for about five years now. There’s mutual trust; you know the systems and do a good job. So I see no reason to change the way we do things.”
