In 2004 when the company was formed, we wanted to provide the benefits of a professional low-cost inspection service but to be approachable by all to discuss ideas and be able to provide the service to the bigger clients as well.

In 2006 we launched our online quote engine facility for insurance brokers which allows them to produce their quotations 24hrs a day 365 days a year. For larger or more complex quote requests we endeavor to have these returned within 24 hours (if not the same day), there are no call centres, just a fast turnaround with a company that cares and who will communicate with their clients along the way.

We have gradually increased the number of our engineers over the years and cover the whole of the UK including the islands. All of our engineers are multi skilled therefore cutting down the time that we spend at your clients premises and importantly they are all employed by us. We don't use sub contractors and all of our engineers attend in house training courses that are periodically carried out throughout the year to ensure they are conversant with any changes or updates to legislations as they occur.

95% of our engineers are ex-military staff.

We pride ourselves on our fast, friendly and efficient service and we take the approach that sometimes stepping back and looking at proposals from a different angle can reap benefits for the client without compromising on their inspection schedule.
